WELCOME - 2010 is our 75th Anniversary!

We are a friendly outdoor lawn bowling club with around 200 members - split evenly between men and women of all ages.  Our bowling season runs everyday from the beginning of May to the end of September - 10.30am to sunset.  Social activities continue throughout the year.  There is a regular weekly programme of club bowling events - see the LAWN BOWLING page.  There are annual club competitions for both men and ladies.  We also encourage all our members, whatever their level of skill, to put their names forward for friendly games against other clubs.

The club is just off Banstead High Street, next to Waitrose, in the Lady Neville Recreation Ground.  We have a six rink bowling green and a spacious clubhouse which we use for functions, table tennis, painting classes and bridge.  We have good changing, toilet and catering facilities - all set within a secure compound.  There is good access for disabled bowlers and spectators.

Have you ever tried the game of bowls?

Come and have a go!  We invite you to try the game and, if you like it, we will give you three lessons.  All you need is a pair of flat shoes - we will provide the bowls.

MEMBERSHIP

The annual subscription fee for the 2010 season is:

- £45 for Full (playing) members; £15 for Social members
- Green fees for Full members are £70 for the season
